Our Sunday best!

Shealee and Paige in their Pink and Black dresses and their black furry coats. They were very spoiled by their grandparents this year at Christmas. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Hoopes and Grandma and Grandpa Arnow for the Sunday attire, they both looked like dolls!

Sand at the Children's museum

Shealee and her friend Kyla had so much fun playing in the sand. It's neat, there is one room at the Children's museum that changes every so often. This big room is completly filled wall to wall with sand and is a beach theme. They put these turtle shells on their backs. I love the last picture where they were getting down on the ground acting like turtles.

No more cast!

Shealee just got her cast taken off yesterday! The doctor said her bone is completly healed from being broken but as you can tell, her arm is still bowed out. It should return back to normal with time. I've been trying to get her to use it more because it is a little weak. Other than that she's doing great!

Santa comes in a helicopter!

It was a little unusual, but Santa came out of a helicopter this year. As you can tell Shealee and Paige weren't too excited to sit on his lap. Shealee is so cute, she is still talking about Santa. At least once a day she puts on my shoes and says, "see ya later mommy" I ask her where she is going and she says, "I'm going to the North Pole." Paige would have been okay sitting on his lap but we woke her up right before these pictures were taken. She didn't like that too much!

Christmas morning 2007

We spent Christmas morning at Grandma and Grandpa Arnow's house. This year was really fun because it is the first year Shealee has really understood what was going on. Christmas eve she talked to Santa on the phone, then she put out cookies and milk for him. She was so excited to wake up the next morning to see if they were gone! When we asked her what she wanted for Christmas she would say, " I want presents." I would ask her what she wanted her presents to have inside of them and she would say, "a pretty bow on it." She would have been just as happy if I would have just wrapped a bunch of boxes and put a bow on them. This was Paige's first Christmas. It's been so fun to have a little baby around at Christmas time. She is such a cute happy baby! We love our two girls!

Christmas Eve 2007

We got to spend Christmas eve at Grandma and Grandpa Hoopes House. We had lots of fun! The night included green chili burros, a white elephant exchange, the nativity story with puppets, and Shealee and Paige got to open their Christmas Pajamas.
